Friday's Yoga Group

 We have improved a lot
 Vrscikasana took me a while to master

 Carolyn looks very comfortable in Supta Baddha Konasana

The same yogis came to Friday’s class, which came to Monday morning’s class which is nice; unfortunately Carolyn and Suzie were missing. At the end of the class we did Pranayame (breathing) and finished off with shavasana (the corpse posture)
