Cooking with Brent Savage of Bentley Restaurant







All things vegetable.
I was the breathless anticipation  
Beetroot with red chard, soy beans horseradish
Celeriac, Mushroom & Almond ‘cannelloni’ with saffron braised eschallots
Pumpkin Cake with pumpkin ice cream, beurre noisette, cumquats

The most inspiring meal I have eaten!!  The food was magnificent so unbelievably good, I was not in awe of the ingredients but what Brent created was amazing.  I will write more when I recover.
